I ordered a couple of tops and, uh, the colors were actually close to what I saw online. One of them looked maybe a tiny bit darker in person, but it wasn’t really a big deal. Overall I’m happy with them, I just wish they showed the shades in different lighting so you know exactly what to expect

I ordered a couple things from Garage and needed to exchange one item for a different size. To be fair, the exchange process itself was straightforward and not confusing, which I appreciated. But they made it seem like the replacement would come back quicker than it actually did, and that was frustrating. If you’re going to give people an expected timeline, at least stick to it. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the broken promise on timing definitely made it more annoying than it needed to be.

Checkout was quick, like I said, and my card payment went through without any problems. I got the confirmation email right away too. Like I said, it was simple overall and nothing annoying happened.

I’ve shopped at Garage a bunch of times now, it really depends on what you buy. Some pieces are super cute and actually feel nice, like a soft basic tee, a fitted tank, or a sweater that sits just right. But then other stuff feels kind of thin, or it starts stretching out after a couple washes, like a ribbed top losing its shape or a long sleeve getting weird at the neckline. The jeans surprised me though — they fit better than I expected and felt sturdier than some of the tops. I’ve had good luck with denim, certain tanks, and a couple of dresses, but not so much with thinner tops or anything that feels too delicate. For the price, I do wish some things held up longer. It’s not bad overall, just one of those places where you have to be a little picky.

Delivery showed up right on time, which was a relief. I always worry about delays messing up my plans, so it was nice not having to deal with any lost time or hassle. Everything went smoothly with no problems.

The weird part is, I went in expecting the discounts to make a difference, but they really didn’t. After everything was added up, it just didn’t feel like I was saving much at all.

The prices are reasonable for what you’re getting, and the jeans and simple tops have actually held up better than I expected. They also run sales often, so it’s easy to grab stuff without feeling like you’re overpaying
